Onduo is a virtual care program with diabetes tools, coaching and clinical support to help you take control of your type 2 diabetes. Learn about type 2 and your body’s reactions to everyday decisions. Get the support and care you need to know more and live easier.
To bring the best, most up-to-date care to people with diabetes - anywhere, anytime.
You get tools, tests and an app to help you (and us) see where you are today. Your Welcome Kit arrives at your door with devices chosen for you.
Your Care Lead will guide and support you on your diabetes journey and can be reached through the app, by text or phone.
Onduo uses the latest technology to review your health information so our team of coaches, diabetes educators and doctors can provide clear, simple advice when you need it.
With the right support, you can take the guesswork out of diabetes and learn how to stay on track.
Knowing where you’re at in your diabetes journey is step one. To get started, we send you:
A connected blood glucose meter (BGM)
Glucose test strips
A1c test kit
Together, we’ll use these tools* to get to know your body’s natural responses. It will help us design a playbook just for you, because the answers to what works for you are all in your blood.
*All tools provided are FDA-cleared
Want to see how your levels respond more frequently to food, activity, medications and more? It may be exactly what you expected - or not at all. Active members of Onduo may be eligible to receive an FDA-approved Dexcom CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) system - a small device worn on your body that reads your glucose without you having to think about it.
Access to care is important and we want to make it easier. Through the Onduo app, you have access to a care team of coaches, Certified Diabetes Educators (CDEs) and doctors, if needed. You’ll get matched with a Care Lead who is passionate about providing care and can connect you to others on the care team along your journey.
We've also partnered with the American Association of Diabetes Educators, the International Diabetes Center, and other diabetes experts in the field to ensure our program follows the standards of leading diabetes professionals.
