Onduo’s different because it’s tailored to you. We also offer remote support and virtual care in addition to your regular doctor visits. Our caring, experienced team will work with you along the way to answer your questions and provide guidance when needed.

Onduo supplements your current treatment plan and makes sure you have the support you need between doctor visits. We make it easy for you to see your up-to-date glucose via glucose meters and monitors, and our team of health coaches provide answers to your questions. You can continue to see your current doctor throughout the year, but Onduo’s program can function as your day-to-day support.

As an Onduo member, you have access to your glucose data through the app. You can share these insights with your doctor during your next visit. It’s completely up to you.

This depends on your plan. In most cases, Onduo is available at no cost.

If covered by an eligible plan, you are eligible if you are:
- At least 18 years old
- Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
Some exclusions apply. These include:
- Those who are pregnant
- Those with a history of or diagnosed
- with any conditions listed below:
- Cirrhosis or liver failure
- Severe or end-stage kidney disease
- Organ transplant or bone marrow transplant
- Cystic fibrosis
- Any additional condition or situation that, in the opinion of the Onduo team, makes the participant inappropriate for participation in this program.

Register directly at onduo.com or call us at 1-833-HiOnduo (1-833-446-6386) with any questions. Once you’ve registered, all you need is a compatible smartphone to download the Onduo app.

As a new member of Onduo, you’ll soon receive an initial package delivered to your home that includes a simple smart blood glucose meter and test strips. Supply refills will be available at no additional cost.** These tools will help you get started once you connect them to our Onduo app.
You’ll also receive an A1C kit to get your first reading.

As part of your Onduo program enrollment, you’ll receive a simple smart blood glucose meter at no cost to you, as well as our interactive Onduo app. In addition, you may be eligible to receive a continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system, a tiny wearable device that automatically monitors your glucose with no fingerpricks. These devices give insights into how your glucose levels respond to activity, food, and medications.

Onduo collects member data directly from members’ connected devices, and from any integrations the member opts to use. The data is used to understand your health and health risk factors, track progress, measure outcomes, and deliver meaningful insights. Onduo treats member data with respect and security, consistent with applicable privacy rules and regulations, including HIPAA. Please review our privacy policy to learn more about the steps we take to ensure your personal data is safe and secure.
